Owen was a great driver. He showed me some video along the way. He helped me to get my tickets for the tram, wall, and shuttle bus. Then patiently waited for me to return from the wall! This is a great way to go!Date of experience: November 2019

Use this taxi firm when in Beijing! We organised a taxi easily via email the evening before our trip, it was great value and the driver was on time and professional. Excellent!

Absolutely enjoyable experience from the arrangment to the transport itself.
Amazingly low price, maybe even half of what other companies charge. Our driver Owen was waiting for us at our hotel entrance at 6.30am as arranged. Very polite and professional. The car itself was brand new and very comfortable. We finished our day 4hours later, and Owen was waiting for us with a smile. Very accomodating and would definitely recommend.Show less

Jiankou to Mutianyu
Owen arrived 15 mins early for a 6:30am pick up. I was glad I too was 15 mins early. He drove me 2 hours to Xizhazi village the starting point for Jiankou tower. At the start the walk he gave me a bottle of water and asked me if I wanted to borrow an umbrella as it was drizzling. The hike from the village is about 45 mins. Owen hiked with me for 20 mins. As the path to the Jiankou tower was clear, I hiked the rest of the way on my own. He gave me a brochure and explained using a bit of English that when I reach the Jiankou tower top turn left towards Mutianyu. He then explained to take the cable car and bus transfer to the bottom of the tourist centre where he'd wait for me. I didn't take the cable car, nor bus transfer and met him 5 hours later via a very easy walking pace. He gave me a bottle of water and dropped me off at the Forbidden City. Owen is a good driver. His car is comfortable. I was able to charge my phone and there was also WiFi available. I will admit it was pricey and if I wasn't short of time I'd use a more affordable alternative to get to the Jiankou tower. Thanks Owen.Show less

I had an eighteen hour layover from 06:30 - 23:30. I was picked up at 08:30 at airport. Owen Zhao was my driver and he offered snacks and water and TED Talks in english about the Great Wall on his Phone. The car has Wifi. He was very friendly and professional. The whole trip took about 7 hours. Easy peasy. I would highly recommend. Cheers!

Easy to book, good tips given, comfortable rides

Contacted the company via WhatsApp in English. Response was quick and booking was confirmed after brief exchange.
Owen was at the lobby at 7 am as agreed. There was water & banana prepared. Ride out was quick but felt in good hands. Turns out he had driven presidents on state visits to China (with photos to prove!) No wonder....
He will assist with tickets purchase at Mutianyu and gave sound advice on the place. Learnt a few interesting things along the way back too, so be sure to have a chat with him.
No stops at commercial shops so this is the best option if all you need is a ride to the Great Wall. We were back in the city at 1 pm. Day tours may have obligatory stops at shops, so do check.

Good for long layovers!
Our Driver (Owen) was really nice and very helpful. He even got us little panda teddy bears as a souvenir! It was very convenient to use 3b taxi! The wifi didn't work in our car, but that wasn't really bad.Date of experience: March 2018
