Great service from Hank Li - would recommend
The service was simple and as advertised. We received a great recommendation to leave early (6.30am) from our hotel to beat the traffic and queues. This was great advice. Our drive to the Wall with Hank Li was fast and very safe. The car was comfortable. Hank was great with our 2 year old son, and always made sure we were comfortable. Since we got to the Wall early, we did not wait in any queues for the shuttle bus and cable cars. The Wall was not busy when we were on it, but was getting very busy when we were leaving. I am very grateful for the advice to leave early, and to Hank Li and the team for the great service and experience!

We had a fantastic trip at the Great Wall. What an impressive site. Our driver Hank was excellent. Very courteous and nice. The car was clean and very nice. Hank took great care to assist with tickets and directions. Would highly recommend.

Brilliant service! Our driver Hank was fantastic! He picked us up on time, could speak good English, the car was clean, he drove very safely, and he was a really nice guy. He gave us introductions to historical sights on the way and even bought our tickets when we arrived so we could go to the bathroom. My mother who is elderly, really appreciated all Hanks help! Recommend this service to all

Best way to see the Great Wall
We were picked up on time at our hotel by Hank Li, our driver for the day. He was a pleasure to be with and got us safely to the Mutianyu section of the Great Wall. He assisted us with getting our tickets and waited for us at the base. We had about 3.5 hours to walk/hike the Wall, which was plenty of time. The car was comfortable, clean, well air-conditioned (necessary in the heat) and he had water and fruit for us. Mr.Li was an integral part of an awesome day at the Great Wall. This was truly the best way to see the Wall. Highly recommended!

Best Money Spend - MuTianYu

Save the hassle of spending 5-6 hours trying to get to the wall via public transport. Time is money. Lee picked us up at 7:30AM and we were at the Great Wall before 9:00AM. The car is great, comfortable and you're going against traffic. Even though it was $100 (Special Promotion) this was money and time well spent and it gave us more time to spend at the wall. Very professional and would do it again in a heartbeat.

Mutianyu Great Wall Private Tour
3B taxis themselves were great at handling our booking, especially as we booked at 7pm the night before for a 6.30am start the following morning. Our taxi driver Hank was excellent! Punctual and friendly, Hank greeted my partner and I in the morning at our hostel and we had a swift ride to Mutianyu Great Wall in a nice new car, equipped with water bottles, umbrellas and Wifi. Hank was really helpful with pointing us in the right direction at the wall and he was happy and flexible with when he could pick us back up. When he did, we were surprised with a congratulary beer, cookies and even a surprise gift! For a small extra fee, he even agreed to take us straight to the Summer Palace so we could get the most of our day. I would say definitely skip the tour bus and do the Great Wall at your leisure taxi driver Hank-style!

Hospitable , Friendly and Reliable
I used 3B Taxi when my family recently came to visit me in Beijing and I have no regrets in using them .From my initial inquiry to the tour itself , 3B were nothing but obliging, responding very quickly and in a professional manner.
Our driver was Hank, a fantastic and knowledgeable guide and a safe driver. His English is very good and he went out of his way to ensure that we were comfortable throughout our tour. The car was clean and fully equipped with water, tissues, umbrellas and everything you could possibly need.
Hank showed us a nice video about the Great Wall and pointed out other areas of interest on the way as well as helping us with our ticket purchases whilst at Mutianyu. He even did a detour on the way back to the city to help us but some cherries from the fruit farms . Very delicious.
All in all a fantastic day out to an iconic site made all the more pleasurable by Hank and 3B Taxi. I would not hesitate to recommend. A truly professional service at a good price and with staff who aim to make your trip to Beijing a memorable one.

Mutianyu Great wall visit with 3b taxi and Mr.Hank Li

I used 3b for a visit to Mutianyu Great Wall in May. Even prior to the day I used them, I found that they were really prompt in replying to my emails and agreeing to take me there very early. On the day of my visit, Mr. Hank Li showed up promptly in my hotel lobby. The car brought felt brand new and very well kept. He offered me water and wi-fi. Since I was having issues until them where my phone would connect to wi-fi but would not give me access to the internet, including in the car, I was telling him this problem. His English was understandable to me and between using verbal language and some writing, he kindly offered to help me buy a local SIM. This stop was not planned and took an hour but he patiently helped me in the process as the person in the phone place spoke zero English. Mr. Li went beyond his role as a driver and guide in helping me. Besides, he also offered that I could use his phone to call my family in the US. While I did not accept that offer, I found his kindness touching. At the Great Wall, he bought my ticket and told me to take my time. After a few hours on our way back, he even stopped at a water reservoir and asked me to go take a look around as it was scenic. I found him to be was a safe driver and was very happy with my experience. Thanks, Hank!
